Professor Dr. Fred van Eenennaam is an expert on corporate governance and strategy. He is also well known for his expertise in the life sciences and the healthcare industry. His consulting, executive education, and research activities are focused on helping supervisory and executive boards make better decisions. He facilitates the creation of superior value as an effective group process as well as actual implementation and day-to-day strategic leadership.
Gary Gereffi, Professor of Sociology and Director of the Global Value Chains (GVC) Center at Duke University, has published numerous books and articles on globalization, industrial upgrading, and social and economic development, and he is one of the originators of the global commodity chain and global value chain frameworks.
Hans van den Hurk
Hans van den Hurk, Professor of European Income and Corporate Taxes at Maastricht University, has a long experience as an international tax partner with Deloitte in the Netherlands and Andersen. Hans has an extensive experience in servicing Dutch multinationals and European headquarters of foreign multinationals, for some of which he acted as Global Lead Tax partner with the responsibility for global operations. His specialty is Global developments within OECD (BEPS), UN (special tax treaty provisions and interpretations), EU (tackle harmful taxation), and specific related developments such as BRICS and the role of NGOs with respect to tax structuring.
